Biography

Brooks Herring is a singer-songwriter, recording artist, and performer from Columbia, SC, based in Nashville, TN. Brooks writes and performs original music, and covers a wide variety of music from nearly every genre and generation in venues all over Nashville, and has entertained crowds in the Carolinas, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Georgia, Maryland, Wisconsin, and Virginia. He performs at all different types of venues and events, including festivals, weddings, private parties, bars, restaurants, and markets.

Brooks’ original music dances somewhere between Country, Alt-Rock, and Blues, with strong patriotic undertones inspired by his service in the US Navy, and time working for the US Army.
